    To loose weight there is no alternative of eating balance and fresh food.Fresh food and fresh vegetables are very important for loosing weight.Carrots are very effective fruit.It helps to reduce weight.Once I went to doctor for a suggestion of my diet list.He suggested me to eat carrots a lot.It is very effective as I eat it.I also get result and reduce weight quickly.It is a common food for balance diet along with other foods.
